I am the author of "Reality TV & You" and offer coaching, consulting, and mentoring to small business owners, solo-entrepreneurs, women and students on how to lead more fulfilling and successful lives. My consulting services also include website analysis and evaluating marketing strategies both online and offline.
I am also the U.S. Coach to Natural Well-Being Professionals on how to grow their businesses, through my partnership with Unity.Name of Brisbane, Australia.
As an author of a personal development and Law of Attraction book called "Reality TV & You", I speak to organizations, conduct workshops and seminars and also lead Mastermind groups.
I am expanding my coaching to include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), an energy healing tool to release negative energy blockages, which can be used for everything from losing weight to releasing emotional baggage, fears and pain.

If you are Searching for Answers in your life, you need only to look into the mirror. Whatever is being reflected back to you is your truth. Once you see the truth, then you have the power and choice to change.
What is the Mirror Factor?
The mirror reveals the truth of what you have created with your thoughts.You must first see the truth before you can change.If you do not identify the truth so that you can make a change, you will keep attracting what you've always been attracting.Use the mirror as your truth in whatever is being reflected back to you in your life.Whether it is the physical self and how you see yourself or if it's about your relationships, your career or anything else that is happening in your life.
